Veloura Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Immigration Consultant to join its expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping clients achieve their goals of living, working, or studying abroad while delivering exceptional customer service.

Core Competencies

• Guide clients through immigration and visa application processes.

• Assess client profiles and recommend suitable immigration pathways.

• Prepare, review, and verify visa applications and supporting documents.

• Follow up with clients and provide regular updates on their cases.

• Build strong client relationships while maintaining high service standards.

• Stay updated on changing immigration regulations, policies, and program pathways.

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales or customer service experience within the UAE.

• Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory, along with proficiency in either Hindi or Malayalam.

• Education: High School Diploma or higher qualification.

• Traits: Positive attitude, strong organizational skills, excellent time-management, and the ability to achieve performance targets.
