Insurance Coordinator
New Hope Gynaecology & Fertility Hospital – Sharjah
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Insurance Coordinator to join our team.
Candidates with experience in IVF or fertility centres are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle insurance pre-approvals, claims submission, and resubmission.
- Responsible for reconciliation and follow-up of pending or rejected claims.
- Maintain accurate patient insurance records and documentation.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure timely processing of claims.
- Ensure compliance with insurance policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Insurance Coordinator in a healthcare facility.
- Strong knowledge of insurance procedures, approvals, and claim systems.
- Experience in IVF, fertility, or gynaecology setup is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in hospital information systems.
