We’re Hiring: Insurance Coordinator cum Purchaser
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000
Experience: Minimum 3 years

360 Medical Center is seeking a qualified and experienced Insurance Coordinator cum Purchaser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling medical insurance processes as well as procurement of medical and non-medical supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
Insurance Coordination
- Manage insurance claims submission, resubmissions, and approvals
- Follow up on pending and rejected claims
- Coordinate with billing and medical staff for accurate coding and documentation
- Work with UAE insurance portals (Daman, Thiqa, Neuron, NAS, etc)
Purchasing
- Procure medical and office supplies in a cost-effective manner
- Maintain and manage supplier relationships
- Track inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
- Liaise with accounts and store departments for smooth operations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in both insurance and purchasing (healthcare preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE medical insurance systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic procurement systems
