Job Description

IT Administrator

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Duties and Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

Monitor network performance and security,

troubleshoot network problems, and optimize network settings.

Maintain and update server software, including patches, upgrades, and backups.

Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.

Provide technical support and assistance to end- users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Respond to IT support tickets and service requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Setting up accounts for new users (email, telephone, Biometric etc….)

Communicating with Tawjeeh, Tadbeer Technical support team to configure new services or to solve in technical issues.

Setup and fix the cam, switch & decoder for CCTV system as the requirement specifications of the company.

Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands.
