Description:

Hiring IT Consultant

Location: Dubai

Salary: Up to AED 15,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage LAN/WAN/Internet with hands-on troubleshooting skills.
  • Provide IT support for factory/office projects and ensure infrastructure readiness.
  • Assist end-users and resolve system issues.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors for system installations and problem-solving.
  • Oversee incidents and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain and enhance application systems and workflows.
  • Conduct training on Digital IT tools for a competitive edge.
  • Lead local/regional IT enhancement projects.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of IT experience
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or relevant fields
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, Cisco, and Windows application support.
  • Experience with infrastructure, networking, and cabling (CISCO switches)
  • Hands-on experience working with end-users onsite.
  • Strong project implementation skills.
