Hiring IT Engineer – programmer

One of the leading diversified local group in Dubai is looking for an IT Engineer to oversee group IT operations.

Job description and responsibilities:

  • Knowledge about Cloud Infrastructure (AWS,Azure, Google Cloud
  • Knowledge of Languages SQL Database, PHP, Flutter (Android/IOS), and WordPress.
  • Analytical knowledge of the latest trends and technologies.
  • Core knowledge in Flutter, PHP, and WordPress. Knowledge in Android Studio, API integration, Firebase,& Figma is plus.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the UAE in a similar field.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.
  • Liaise with internal and external teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
  • Monitor debugging process results.
  • Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
  • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
  • Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies.
  • Maintain and update Excel sheet and track issues.
  • Having a good knowledge of updated technologies and their use in current market trends.
  • Having deep knowledge of Auction Procedures and classified ads (such as Dubizzle, Auction website)
  • Work with vendors (Application Developers) and keep the quality of work.
  • Testing and maintaining bug-free applications.
