We’re Hiring: IT Expert – MBZ General Trading LLC (Dubai, UAE)
MBZ General Trading LLC is a rapidly expanding organization in Dubai that deals in a diverse range of products including medical and laboratory equipment, IT solutions, chemicals, and industrial machinery. We’re currently seeking an experienced and proactive IT Expert to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing digital growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain digital collaboration tools and project management systems.
  • Oversee network administration tasks, ensuring stability and security across VPN, DNS, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Handle website updates, backups, and hosting operations effectively.
  • Support system optimization and software integrations across departments.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues to minimize downtime.
  • Liaise with vendors for procurement and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
  • Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and automation projects.
  • Provide training and assistance to team members on new software tools and systems.

🔹 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
  • At least 4 years of proven hands-on IT experience, preferably in a trading or corporate setup.
  • In-depth understanding of internet protocols, cybersecurity fundamentals, and network setup.
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Zoho.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and cloud environments (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
