Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on F&B costs, revenues, and inventory valuations.
- Handle procurement of F&B items, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- Manage supplier relations, negotiate contracts, and track market trends.
- Ensure proper inventory handling (FIFO), inspections, and stock issuing.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hygiene & safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen & management teams for stock planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 2–3 years of experience in the food & beverage or hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in inventory systems and basic accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
