We’re seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Chef to join our culinary team in Dubai! This role involves supporting daily kitchen operations across our premium hospitality venues, ensuring high standards in food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and presenting a variety of international and modern cuisine dishes.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and event preparations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Adapt to fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
- Contribute creative ideas to menu planning and dish presentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of culinary experience in hospitality or catering environments.
- Strong knowledge of international and contemporary cuisine techniques.
- Excellent skills in food preparation, presentation, and hygiene compliance.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused mindset.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic and high-pressure kitchen settings.
