Experience Required: 2–5 Years of KYC Experience (GCC Banking or Aligned International Experience Preferred)

Role Overview

Data Cube is hiring a Junior KYC Analyst to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for compliance professionals with experience in Know Your Customer (KYC) processes who are looking to advance their careers in the UAE’s dynamic banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customer due diligence, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment.

Core Duties

  • Conduct KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews.

  • Perform customer onboarding procedures and periodic account reviews.

  • Carry out customer risk assessments in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct comprehensive sanctions and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) screening.

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with corporate AML/KYC regulations and internal policies.

  • Maintain accurate customer records, audit trails, and compliance documentation.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

  • Mobility Status: Candidates must be currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate immediately; immediate joiners are highly preferred.

  • Technical Knowledge: Robust knowledge of AML regulations, regulatory compliance, screening tools, and onboarding risk frameworks.

  • Core Competencies: Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills with an eye for detail.
