Role Overview

ATTA Shipping & Cargo is seeking a proactive and organized Junior Operations Coordinator to join its growing team in Dubai. This position is structured for an operational professional with explicit experience in air freight environments, focusing on the seamless execution of daily cargo handovers, accurate manifestation, and cross-functional logistics tracking.

Primary Accountabilities

• Coordinate day-to-day air cargo logistics workflows and prioritize immediate shipment dispatch tracks.

• Draft, verify, and systematically organize essential freight documents, air waybills (AWBs), and manifest files.

• Interface directly with internal administrative departments, warehouse networks, and external transport partners to avoid operational bottlenecks.

• Track shipment progression pipelines and distribute real-time transit status reports to management and clients.

• Ensure all active cargo movements comply with international aviation security, transport protocols, and internal company quality systems.

Skills & Experience Required

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field is highly preferred.

• Industry Tenure: Minimum of 2 years of practical experience specifically focused on air cargo handling operations and air freight documentation procedures.

• Technical Aptitude: Proficient operational familiarity with standard Microsoft Office platforms (Excel, Outlook, Word) and terminal freight tracking entries.

• Interpersonal Capabilities: Sharp organizational time-management traits alongside the clarity to communicate effectively under high-volume pressure.
