Apex Global is seeking a motivated and proactive Junior Site Supervisor to join its construction team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are beginning their careers in the construction industry and are eager to gain practical experience while working alongside experienced engineers and project managers. The selected candidate will assist with daily site supervision, coordinate with contractors and suppliers, monitor project progress, and help ensure construction activities meet quality and safety standards.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Assist in supervising daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to project schedules.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.

  • Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times on-site.

  • Report daily progress, project delays, and site issues to the Project Manager.

  • Coordinate material deliveries and monitor site logistics.

  • Conduct site inspections and assist with snagging and project handovers.

  • Maintain site documentation, daily reports, and project records.

Core Competencies

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of construction methods, site operations, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ability to read construction drawings is a distinct advantage.

  • Licenses: A UAE driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Status: Must be currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.

  • Key Traits: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
