Knight Castle Hotel Deira Dubai

Open Position:

1) IT INCHARGE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Manage and maintain all IT systems, networks, and software.
– Ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and hotel systems.
– Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT issues.
– Implement IT policies and data security measures.
– Coordinate with vendors for IT services and maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
– Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT management (Hotel experience preferred).
– Strong knowledge of networks, hardware, software & security.
– Good problem-solving and communication skills.

2) HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back of house.
– Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
– Replenish amenities and supplies as per the standard.
– Report any maintenance or repair issues.
– Follow hotel policies and safety procedures.

REQUIREMENTS
– Previous housekeeping experience is preferred.
– Good personal hygiene and presentation.
– Able to work in a team.
– Willing to work flexible shifts.
