Learning and Development Lead Jobs in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities
Learning Needs Analysis
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using performance metrics and feedback.
- Support future skills planning aligned with business transformation & SAP training roll out
Data Reporting & Insights
- Build and maintain L&D dashboards and reports to track participation, completion, budget, and results.
- Share insights and recommendations with HODs based on learning data and trends.
- Ensure data accuracy across LMS, performance appraisal systems, and development records.
Program Design and Evaluation
- Support in design and delivery of corporate learning programs across behavioral and core capability areas (Skills, Knowledge, behavior)
- Use learning analytics to measure program impact and recommend improvements.
- Oversee post-training evaluation and reporting linked to performance outcomes (Surveys, post training feedback etc.)
Learning Systems and Tools
- Drive adoption & integration of digital learning platforms and ensure effective utilization by employees.
- Provide direction & support to the L&D team in learning systems & tools.
Internal partnership & vendor management
- Oversee to ensure learning initiatives address capability needs and business priorities.
- Communicate insights, recommendations, and updates to the internal teams in a clear and data-driven manner.
- Manage external providers and evaluate learning solutions.
Key Deliverables
- Annual corporate learning plans aligned to business objectives
- Quarterly L&D, SAP, Performance adoption reports
- Continuous improvement plans for learning programs.
- Post-program evaluation reports and improvement actions.
Skills and Capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (e.g., Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Moodle).
- Knowledge of learning evaluation models (e.g., Kirkpatrick, Phillips ROI).
- Adaptable and agile in fast-paced environments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in Learning & Development roles.
- Certifications in instructional design, facilitation, or digital learning are an advantage.
