Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month (based on experience)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Leasing Officer to join our Legal Department in the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for managing lease agreements for workers’ accommodations while ensuring full compliance with UAE housing laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and oversee lease agreements for workers’ accommodations
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, housing regulations, and tenancy laws
- Address tenant concerns, resolve disputes, and maintain smooth tenant relations
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary maintenance
- Prepare and submit reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and legal matters
- Provide legal support and guidance on tenancy agreements and accommodation policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in leasing, real estate, or legal support (UAE or similar regional experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE tenancy laws, labor laws, and housing regulations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with the UAE legal framework and worker accommodation standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & lease management software
