Description:

We are in need of Listing Telesales Agent in Secondary Market:

• Palm Jumeirah
• Dubai Marina and JBR
• Dubai Hills and Tilal al Ghaf
• Downtown and Business Bay
• Dubai Creek Harbour and Meydan
• Emirates Living and Jumeirah Park

What you’ll do:

• Receive calls / emails from potential or existing customers.
• Answer queries / questions about products, services or the company.
• Qualify the clients and their inquiries using the standard Metropolitan scripts.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and offer solutions based on client’s needs.
• Direct prospects to the sales agent and share the feedback / information receives from the clients.
• Consistently check if clients are contacted by the sales agent. Follow up the sales agent and ensure to contact their assigned clients on time.
• Build good relationships with potential and existing customers through open and interactive communication.
• Ensure that all clients are contacted within the timeframe of 48 to 78 hours.
• Enter and update all customer information and feedbacks in the CRM system.
• Handle complaints professionally to preserve the company’s reputation and provide solutions.
• Follow up call to get feedbacks and to gather more requirements from the existing clients.
• Go the extra mile to bring more sales and facilitate future sales.
• Keep record of calls and sales and note useful information by creating daily report for all contacted leads.

Requirements:

• Exceptional command in English language (Required), speaking multiple languages is highly preferred
• Sales driven (Required)
• Related BPO experience
• Real Estate experience
• Compensation Package: AED attractive salary + bonus
