Positions:

1. Restaurant Manager
2. Assistant Restaurant Manager

Location: Dubai, Abu Dhabi

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in a relevant field

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Preferred experience: Casual Dining/Café

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring brand standards are upheld
• Analyze financial data, manage P&L statements, and inventories
• Train, motivate, and manage team members to provide an excellent customer experience
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to achieve sales targets
• Manage and control costs
• Build relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and health and safety guidelines

Priority will be given to candidates who are available immediately and based in the UAE.
