Core Focus
EnergyCAP is looking for an analytical Managed Services Specialist to protect data integrity and support client fulfillment targets. This remote role operates inside an SLA-driven framework, tasking the professional with auditing utility account logs, resolving digital billing exceptions, managing automated bill retrieval workflows, and processing monthly commercial payment reporting files to maintain high data quality standards.
Main Duties

Clear system audit flags and resolve complex commercial billing exceptions to protect utility database integrity.

Interface directly with external utility vendors to retrieve missing invoice statements and supply real-time tracking updates to customers.

Assemble and distribute recurring financial analytics reports, including bill batch sheets, system kickout logs, and missing statements.

Support monthly client bill-pay processes by validating ledger accuracy prior to final payment generation.

Configure custom client onboarding layouts inside system databases to manage automated utility collection rules.

Curate and update technical managed services runbooks and operational workflow logs within Confluence.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Education: Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent practical career experience.

Professional Background: Background dealing with accuracy-focused workflows such as utility billing networks, accounting operations, fintech data entry, or accounts payable/receivable.

Technical Aptitude: Comfort navigating workflow platforms, CRM tracking environments, CSV data sheets, or proprietary database tools like EUM and DataCAP.

Core Competencies: Sharp mathematical validation habits, strong vendor-facing communication traits, and the structural discipline required to manage recurring client deadlines.
