1.Contracts Manager
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Review, draft, and manage contracts and related documents

Qualifications:

Minimum 15 years of experience, including 5 years in the UAE

Strong communication and coordination skills

Experience in the construction or civil engineering industry is mandatory

2.QA/QC Engineer – Marine Civil Construction
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer specialized in Marine Civil Construction to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure all quality assurance and control processes meet project specifications and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:

3. Quantity Surveyor – Marine Civil Construction
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, preparation of BOQs, and maintaining cost control throughout all stages of marine civil construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and payment applications for customers and vendors

Handle cost planning, budget control, and cost reporting across multiple projects
-
Support project managers with financial forecasting and cost efficiency
-
Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and standards

Maintain documentation for cost audits and financial evaluations
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
