Job Summary

Al Ittihad Drug Store is seeking a motivated and dedicated Medical Representative to join its expanding team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting product awareness, engaging with healthcare professionals, and representing the company in a professional and impactful manner to promote medical products and build strong relationships within the healthcare community.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and medical institutions in a professional manner.

  • Build, expand, and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders within the healthcare community.

  • Provide accurate product updates, scientific information, and technical data to prospective clients.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets, regional metrics, and organizational performance objectives.

  • Monitor healthcare market trends, track competitor movements, and deliver systematic feedback reports.

  • Maintain comprehensive CRM records of medical visits, sales activities, and general client interactions.

Core Competencies

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or an equivalent Medical field background.

  • Licensing: A valid UAE Driving License is required.

  • Knowledge Base: Strong familiarity with pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and regional healthcare market practices.

  • Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to operate independently under self-directed targets.
