Open Vacancies & Structural Outlines

  • Management: Lounge Manager, Guest Relations Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager – Oversee floor operations, manage guest sentiment, lead service staff, and optimize fine-dining administrative workflows.

  • Front of House: Head Waiter, Waiter, Assistant Waiter, Sommelier, Head Bartender, Bartender, Barback, Head Hostess, Hostess – Coordinate front-facing guest engagement, manage premium beverage programs, maximize seat turns, and provide high-end table service.

  • Back of House: Sushi Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis Chef – Execute kitchen production, maintain strict culinary safety guidelines, and prepare specialized contemporary Japanese menu items.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

  • Core Competencies: Clear understanding of high-volume kitchen or fine-dining restaurant operations, premium guest service standards, and collaborative floor teamwork.

  • Interpersonal Traits: A deep passion for high-end hospitality, exceptional communication skills, and the capacity to maintain service standards inside a fast-paced luxury venue.
