Salary: AED 4,000 – 7,000 per month

Experience Required: Previous restaurant experience is preferred

Position Profile

Eleven Green Restaurant is expanding its culinary and service teams across Dubai and is seeking passionate, energetic hospitality professionals. The restaurant is currently hiring for multiple front-of-house and back-of-house specializations to support its fast-paced dining environment:

  1. Commis Chef I
  2. Commis Chef II
  3. Commis Chef III
  4. Bakery Chef
  5. Head Waiter / Waitress
  6. Food Runner

Main Duties

  • Kitchen Crew (Chef Roles): Execute high-quality food preparation, assist with complex plating, and maintain immaculate workstation organization under strict food safety guidelines.

  • Front-of-House Crew (Service Roles): Provide outstanding customer hospitality, manage table turns, deliver orders promptly, and orchestrate memorable dining experiences.

  • Operational Standards: Collaborate seamlessly across the floor and kitchen to maintain prompt service times, premium cleanliness, and total compliance with local health regulations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Diploma, certificate, or relevant vocational qualification in hospitality or culinary arts.

  • Core Aptitudes: High energy, a positive guest-first attitude, and the agility to thrive in a high-volume restaurant environment.

  • Knowledge Base: Firm understanding of food hygiene standards (HACCP principles), fine dining or premium casual service flows, and team-based kitchen dynamics.

  • Availability: Candidates who are currently in the UAE and able to join immediately are highly preferred.
