Description:
We are looking for Network Administrator in Dubai Location.
- Network Monitoring and Support: Assist in monitoring network performance, diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues, and ensuring minimal downtime.
- Configuration and Installation: Aid in the setup, configuration, and installation of network hardware such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, processes, and changes for future reference and compliance.
- User Support: Provide technical support to end-users regarding network-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving connectivity problems.
- Security: Support network security protocols by applying updates, managing user access, and monitoring for potential security threats.
- Routine Maintenance: Participate in routine network maintenance tasks, such as software updates and backups, to ensure network stability and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior network administrators and other IT staff to implement and manage network upgrades, changes, and improvements.
