We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator / Secretary who is fluent in Arabic to join our Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate will have solid administrative experience, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support a busy team while maintaining excellent client-facing communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations to ensure the office runs smoothly (filing, correspondence, scheduling, and record keeping).
- Provide administrative assistance to team members including preparing documents, coordinating meetings and handling travel arrangements.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders professionally in both Arabic and English.
- Coordinate office logistics and operations such as supplies, vendor contacts and office maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records and basic financial documentation—assist with simple accounting tasks as required.
- Support ad-hoc projects and perform other duties that contribute to efficient office functioning.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Proven experience in office administration or as an administrative assistant (5+ years).
- Strong communication and customer service skills in English and Arabic.
- Basic accounting knowledge and ability to handle routine financial tasks.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities with multitasking capability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and common office software.
- Team player with a professional attitude and attention to detail.
