We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator / Secretary who is fluent in Arabic to join our Abu Dhabi office. The ideal candidate will have solid administrative experience, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support a busy team while maintaining excellent client-facing communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations to ensure the office runs smoothly (filing, correspondence, scheduling, and record keeping).
  • Provide administrative assistance to team members including preparing documents, coordinating meetings and handling travel arrangements.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders professionally in both Arabic and English.
  • Coordinate office logistics and operations such as supplies, vendor contacts and office maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records and basic financial documentation—assist with simple accounting tasks as required.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and perform other duties that contribute to efficient office functioning.

Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Proven experience in office administration or as an administrative assistant (5+ years).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills in English and Arabic.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and ability to handle routine financial tasks.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities with multitasking capability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and common office software.
  • Team player with a professional attitude and attention to detail.
