Role Overview
7Seventy Recruiting is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Operations Associate to provide strategic operational and executive support to the Chief Executive Officer. The successful candidate will manage executive scheduling, communications, meetings, travel coordination, and special projects while collaborating closely with senior leadership to streamline workflows and leverage AI productivity tools.
Primary Accountabilities

Oversee the CEO’s calendar, complex scheduling configurations, and daily executive time allocation.

Coordinate executive meetings, construct detailed agendas, and monitor post-meeting action item fulfillment.

Manage executive inbox priorities, drafting professional communications that match the CEO’s personal style.

Direct specialized corporate events, conferences, client visits, and comprehensive travel logistics.

Diagnose system bottlenecks to engineer process improvements and introduce AI-driven workflow automations.

Execute internal knowledge management strategies and lead high-priority operational projects.
Skills & Experience Required

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field.

Core Competencies: Proven history supporting C-suite executives, high-discretion data management, and operational process optimization.

Systems Familiarity: Strong functional knowledge of Airtable, Asana, Toggl, Microsoft Office, and productivity technologies.

Schedule & Travel: Ability to overlap at least 5 hours daily with Pacific Time (PT) and travel to the San Francisco Bay Area at least once per quarter.
