Job Summary

LITS Services is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join its growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with various internal teams to track operational activities, maintain accurate documentation, and support day-to-day business processes to ensure smooth organizational performance.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Monitor ongoing operational tasks, upcoming corporate renewals, project approvals, and departmental requirements.

  • Follow up on assigned cross-departmental tasks to ensure timely execution and provide regular status updates to management.

  • Maintain comprehensive records, business trackers, detailed meeting minutes, and internal operational documentation.

  • Partner with Finance, Administration, and PRO divisions regarding invoice collection, document renewals, and regulatory approvals.

  • Supply administrative support to executive leadership, including drafting professional business correspondence, proposals, quotations, and agreements.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Professional Background: 2–4 years of clear experience handling corporate operations, project coordination, or high-level office administration.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with an emphasis on corporate email drafting and business writing.

  • Technical Proficiency: High command over the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically tracking data via Excel, emailing via Outlook, and coordinating through Microsoft Teams.

  • Core Competencies: Exceptional multi-tasking and operational follow-up skills, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
