Titan Aviation is hiring a seasoned Operations Efficiency Manager based in Dubai, UAE.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation operations, with mandatory experience in Part 135 operations.
- At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing flight operations and crew coordination.
- Aircraft Dispatcher License is required.
- Strong understanding of Part 135 operational procedures, CAR OPS 1 compliance, ICAO regulations, and industry best practices.
- Extensive knowledge of safety protocols, flight planning, and risk management in commercial aviation operations.
- Expertise in new aviation technologies, including flight tracking systems, operations software integration, and electronic flight bag (EFB) systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with automated systems, AI tools, and data analytics for operational optimization and decision-making in aviation.
