Operations Executive

ATTA Shipping & Cargo, the authorized GSA for Ethiopian Airlines and China Airlines Cargo, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily air cargo operations, coordination with airlines, freight forwarders, and ensure smooth cargo movement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily cargo handling operations
• Liaise with Airlines and Agents
• Prepare necessary documentation (AWB / Invoice)
• Ensure service quality and compliance with airline standards
• Track shipments and provide updates to customers

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in air cargo
• Knowledge of airline cargo procedures
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
