Hiring Operations In-charge
Location: Ajman, UAE
We are looking for Operations In-charge having 4/5 years of strong experience in Transport operations department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage day-to-day operational activities, such as fleet report, vehicle break down.
- Manage fleet report on daily basis of more than 300 vehicles.
- Find and analyze cause of any vehicle breakdown and make sure to make it ready on urgent basis.
- Make sure to look after all equipment/vehicle to work smoothly.
- Able to make decision for future progress.
- Reporting to the CEO about company processes and procedures.
- Ensuring positive client, supplier, and vendor relationships.
Job Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience in transport operations
- Strong personality
- Valid UAE driving licnese
- Bachelor or related degree
