Position: Contact Center Agent
Salary: Up to AED 8000
Location: Sharjah
Experience: At least 1 Year in UAE Banking Sector
Eligibility: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a contact center

Job Purpose:

Evaluate and monitor the quality of calls, web chat, Facebook handling, transaction audits, and product applications for contact center staff while providing feedback and coaching for improvement.

Role Purpose:

  • Monitor and evaluate calls, ensuring delivery of the defined customer experience in every call.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to contact center agents.
  • Make recommendations to improve the overall quality of calls.
  • Provide daily/weekly MIS reports on call monitoring, coaching, and feedback.
  • Work closely with the Quality Call Supervisor to maintain data on calls and errors.
