Position:
1). Guest Service Manager
Skills:
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with various departments to maintain the highest service standards.
- Handle emergency situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
- Manage staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage for each shift.
- Monitor the hotel’s cleanliness and overall presentation to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Support the management team with daily tasks and reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in hotel operations, with a focus on managerial roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS).
2). Experienced Reservations Agent
Skills:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Process new reservations and changes to existing reservations accurately.
- Utilize computer systems to check availability, rates, and book reservations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align initiatives.
- Promote hotel amenities and services to increase sales and revenue.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Reservations Agent in a hotel or resort.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Opera knowledge is a plus.
