Job Opportunity: Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO – UAE & Mauritius
Location: UAE & Mauritius with frequent travel between the 2 countries and other destinations
Accommodation & Travel Expenses: Provided by the company
We seek a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO to provide executive support and ensure smooth daily operations.
Role Overview:
As the PA to the CEO, you will be critical in managing schedules, coordinating travel, handling communications, and ensuring the CEO’s professional and personal affairs run efficiently. This role requires someone based in the UAE who is available to travel frequently between Dubai, Mauritius, and other business destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar & Schedule Management – Organize meetings, appointments, and conferences, ensuring efficient time management.
- Travel Coordination – Arrange business travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
- Meeting & Event Support – Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
- Communication Management – Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Administrative Support – Manage documents, contracts, reports, and presentations.
- Confidentiality & Discretion – Handle sensitive business and personal matters with professionalism.
- Liaison & Relationship Management – Act as a point of contact between the CEO and business partners, stakeholders, and clients.
- Errands & Personal Assistance – Assist with personal tasks, reservations, and other logistical arrangements.
Requirements:
- The selected candidate will based in the UAE & Mauritius (Work Visas will be provided)
- Willing to travel frequently (Mauritius, Dubai and other destinations).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (English required; French is a plus).
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
Qualification (any of the below):
- An Executive Assistant Certification
- Degree in Business Administration
- Degree in Communication or Public Relations
