Description:
Genetic Callnet is seeking a professional and well-organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the General Manager. This role involves managing administrative tasks, handling accounts operations, and assisting with smooth office coordination to ensure efficient day-to-day management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative duties and office coordination.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, track expenses, and prepare reports.
- Support HR documentation, record-keeping, and operational paperwork.
- Coordinate with management to ensure seamless office and accounts operations.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Administration & Accounts; UAE experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
- Well-presented, proactive, and highly organized.
- Willingness to relocate to Al Ghail, Ras Al Khaimah.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
