Job Description
We are looking for a passionate person to join our team in a new pet shop opening soon in the Al Garhoud area.
The ideal candidate will help create a welcoming environment for our customers and their pets while managing both in-store sales and online orders. You will play a key role in organising day-to-day operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly, even when the owner is not present.
Main responsibilities include:
Handling sales at the shop and assisting customers with their purchases
Organising and preparing online orders and deliveries
Providing excellent customer service for both in-store and online clients
Keeping the shop tidy and products well displayed
Managing stock levels and coordinating with suppliers when needed
Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills, spoken and written
Minimum five years of experience in a pet shop or similar retail business in the UAE
Only candidates that are already living in the UAE will be considered
Strong customer service skills and attention to detail, capable of operating a
computer based POS.
Good knowledge of pet products and animal care
A degree or background in veterinary science or animal care is preferred
Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently
