Position Profile

Kemipex is seeking a proactive Procurement Executive to lead its supply chain operations in Dubai. This role is responsible for administering the complete purchasing cycle from vendor sourcing to order fulfillment, managing strategic supplier relationships, and ensuring the seamless availability of materials across the company’s chemical trading divisions.

Main Duties

  • Administer end-to-end procurement workflows encompassing supplier sourcing, Request for Quotations (RFQs), purchase order issuance, and shipment tracking.

  • Negotiate pricing frameworks, audit vendor compliance metrics, and cultivate stable relationships with domestic and international supply networks.

  • Sync operations with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Business Development teams to optimize inventory mapping and demand forecasting algorithms.

  • Aggregate purchasing data variables, maintain compliant procurement logs, and build detailed analytical reporting dashboards.

  • Align departmental workflows with corporate procurement policies, internal audit standards, and process enhancement directives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree specifically concentrated in Chemical Engineering is strictly required.

  • Professional Background: Demonstrable experience executing strategic sourcing, inventory planning, or broad supply chain operations.

  • Technical Frameworks: High operational competency navigating complex ERP environments and utilizing Microsoft Excel for advanced procurement reporting.

  • Core Aptitudes: Refined negotiation tactics, distinct analytical capabilities, and clear stakeholder communication traits designed for rapid, cross-functional collaboration.
