Hiring Procurement Officer – Food Industry

Joining – Immediate

Exp – 4+ years

Location – Dubai

UAE experience Mandatory

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requests (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) within 3-4 working days, ensuring timely material delivery as per specifications.
• Procure materials economically, beating budget and market prices, while maintaining complete purchase records by project and item.
• Monitor project material costs against the approved budget and prepare monthly savings reports.
• Coordinate with departments (Technical, Planning, Factory, Store) to clarify material specifications and delivery needs.
• Manage supplier relations, ensuring timely delivery and addressing issues like shortages or defects.
• Source new products and suppliers, negotiating better prices, terms, and delivery services.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in relevant field
• Awareness of local and international procurement sources.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Previous experience in Foods direct and indirect procurement
