Hiring Product Specialist – Aesthetic Products

Job Description:

Mediglo is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Specialist to join our dynamic team in promoting and selling aesthetic products across the UAE market. As a Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and beauty centers.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell aesthetic products to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, cosmetic clinics, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
  • Provide accurate product information, clinical data, and scientific evidence to support product efficacy and safety.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation in a timely manner.
  • Attend conferences, seminars, and trade shows to network with key stakeholders and enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related discipline).
  • Strong understanding of aesthetic products and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car for daily travel within the assigned territory.
  • Proven experience as a Medical Representative or Product Specialist in the pharmaceutical or aesthetic industry is preferred.
