Production Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Production Manager to oversee our plastic bags manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire production process to ensure smooth operations, maximum efficiency, and consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the entire manufacturing process on a daily basis.
• Ensure raw material availability to avoid production delays.
• Manage machine settings, performance, and output to achieve maximum productivity.
• Plan and organize labour shifts and allocate manpower effectively.
• Maintain production records, stock levels, and coordinate with the store and purchase departments.
• Implement and monitor quality control standards and ensure safety compliance.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in plastic bags or related manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of blown film extrusion, printing, and bag-making machines.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle a large workforce and meet production targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field preferred.
