Experience Required: Fresh Graduates or 1–2 Years of Relevant Experience (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Role Overview

Vision Tech is looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join its growing Construction and Interior Fit-Out team in Dubai. The selected candidate will support project execution by coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and site personnel while ensuring project schedules, documentation, and communications are managed efficiently.

Core Duties

  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors throughout project execution.

  • Monitor project schedules, submissions, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

  • Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and maintain accurate project documentation.

  • Follow up on material deliveries, approvals, and site requirements.

  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders.

  • Assist in maintaining project records and supporting daily project operations.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

  • Industry Insights: Prior knowledge of construction and interior fit-out processes is an advantage.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word; solid understanding of scheduling and documentation management.

  • Core Competencies: Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure.

  • Regional Exposure: Previous UAE experience is considered an advantage.
