Company: We are a leading contracting company in Abu Dhabi, specializing in delivering high-quality construction projects across various sectors.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Projects Manager to oversee our construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction field, with a minimum of 20 years’ experience and at least 10 years working within the UAE. Previous experience in hotel construction projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective measures as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Minimum 20 years of experience in the construction field.
• At least 10 years of experience working within Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Previous experience managing hotel construction projects is preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering or related field is preferred.
