Job Description:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers/vendors capable of providing high-quality materials at competitive prices.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
  • Source and procure raw materials, components, and equipment required for manufacturing HVAC systems.
  • Continuously evaluate market trends, pricing, and availability to optimize procurement strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure favorable pricing, terms, and conditions while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Work closely with quality control teams to ensure purchased materials meet required standards and specifications.
  • Implement quality assurance measures throughout the procurement process.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Develop inventory management strategies to optimize storage space and reduce carrying costs.
  • Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for procurement activities, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management to review procurement performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the procurement process.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase activities, contracts, and vendor communications.
