Job Title: Purchaser – Ship Chandler (2 Years Experience Required)

Location: Industrial Area 1, Ajman
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Purchaser with at least 2 years of experience in a Ship Chandler company. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in marine supplies, sourcing, vendor coordination, and purchasing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, negotiate, and purchase marine products and supplies
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of items
  • Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock availability
  • Evaluate suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Ensure all purchases meet company quality and cost standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Ship Chandler or marine supply company
  • Strong knowledge of marine products and procurement procedures
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
