Job Description
Job Title: Purchasing Executive (Must Have Valid UAE Driving License)
Salary Range: AED 3,000 – 3,500 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Availability: Immediate Joiners Only
Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring a Purchasing Executive to manage daily procurement and purchasing operations. The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE Driving License, as the role involves local travel for vendor coordination, material collection, and supplier visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and supplies as per company requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and monitor purchase orders and invoices.
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify and fulfill procurement needs.
- Prepare and maintain records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
- Visit suppliers or markets when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Supply chain, or related field.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in purchasing/procurement preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; ERP experience is an advantage.
- Must be available to join immediately.
