Description:
We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector to join our Fresh Produce Quality Assurance and QC Operations team based in the UAE. This role plays a key part in ensuring that all incoming and outgoing products meet the highest standards of freshness and compliance with quality regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed inspections of fresh produce to verify compliance with company and international quality standards.
  • Oversee the proper handling, storage, and transportation of fresh produce to maintain optimal quality.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on inspection outcomes and product quality performance.
  • Identify non-conforming products and coordinate corrective measures.
  • Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams to maintain smooth QA/QC operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Agriculture, or a closely related discipline.
  • Sound understanding of fresh produce quality standards and inspection protocols.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience in a food quality inspection role is preferred but fresh graduates currently residing in the UAE are also encouraged to apply.
