Role Overview

Atom Properties is seeking experienced and driven Real Estate Agents to join its expanding brokerage team in Dubai. This position focuses on both Off-Plan and Secondary Market property transactions, tasking specialists with developing and managing a high-net-worth portfolio of international investors and home buyers across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Source, cultivate, and maintain strong advisory relationships with local and global property buyers and real estate investors.

  • Market, present, and sell premium Off-Plan developments and Secondary Market real estate listings across Dubai.

  • Conduct professional real estate consultations, analyze client investment goals, and deliver data-driven property market advice.

  • Structure, negotiate, and close high-value real estate transactions while managing client interactions from initial inquiry to final contract transfer.

  • Monitor changing Dubai real estate market trends, regulatory updates, and new developer inventory launches.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Professional Background: Minimum of 2 years of proven real estate sales experience, featuring a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding commercial sales targets.

  • Domain Expertise: Practical familiarity with Off-Plan property sales structures, secondary market transaction processes, and real estate investment yields.

  • Interpersonal Talents: Highly developed negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills; possessing an established international or local client network is a major asset.

  • Core Traits: Self-motivated, highly disciplined, professional, and explicitly focused on long-term career progression in a target-driven space.

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, specialized Diploma, or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
