Job Summary

Elite Luxora Properties LLC is seeking ambitious, target-driven individuals to join its expanding property brokerage team in Dubai. The role centers on managing client property portfolios, conducting real estate viewings, coordinating transactions with local developers, and securing leasing or sales agreements within the local residential and commercial markets.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Guide clients through the full lifecycle of buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial real estate assets.

  • Cultivate and sustain operational relationships with private property owners, investors, and prospective buyers.

  • Coordinate and conduct physical property viewings, providing professional advisory services regarding market pricing and community features.

  • Negotiate transaction terms and structural sales agreements while protecting client interests and maintaining corporate compliance.

  • Log precise records of customer property preferences, incoming communications, and transactional statuses within internal databases.

Core Competencies & Skills Required

  • Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Interpersonal Traits: High self-motivation, strong negotiation capabilities, and a target-driven mindset.

  • Language Skills: Professional fluency in spoken and written English is required; multi-lingual capabilities are heavily preferred.

  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Dubai real estate trends, neighborhood layouts, and general property transaction rules is a plus.
