Greha Pravesh Real Estate LLC is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Real Estate Agents specializing in Off-Plan Sales to join its expanding team in Dubai. The role focuses on helping clients find premium investment opportunities, promoting off-plan residential and commercial developments, and building long-term relationships with property investors.

Primary Accountabilities

  • Promote and sell off-plan residential and commercial properties to prospective global and local investors.

  • Build, cultivate, and maintain strong advisory relationships with buyers and property investors.

  • Manage incoming qualified sales leads from initial inquiry through property presentation and closing.

  • Stay highly informed about current market trends, upcoming neighborhood developments, and new property launches.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire client property-purchasing journey.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Professional Experience: 3 months to 1 year of direct experience operating within off-plan property sales.

  • Market Knowledge: Practical familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and client relationship management strategies.

  • Core Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a result-driven mindset, and a distinct passion for hitting sales targets.
