Description:

Job Title: Real Estate Agent/ Property Consultant

Location: Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing property listings (sales)
• Assisting clients in buying, and selling properties.
• Conducting property/project viewings and market analysis.
• Negotiating deals and closing transactions.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, including trends, property values, and regulations.
• Building and maintaining a strong network of clients and contacts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in real estate (preferably in Dubai).
• RERA certification (mandatory for all real estate agents in Dubai).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Valid AUE driving license and access to a vehicle.

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market.
• Multilingual capabilities (Arabic, English, Russian, etc.) are an advantage.

Compensation:

Competitive Basic Salary + commission + inhouse
