Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai.
- Maintaining relationships with property owners, sellers and developers
- Responsible for conducting high end property viewings
- Negotiate deals and ensure smooth transactions.
- Managing the entire process from end to end
- Provide expert advice on market trends and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
- Experience in Real Estate Sales or sales roles.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- RERA license/knowledge would be preferable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- UAE driving license, or convertable license
