Karadan Lands Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Team Leader to join its expanding team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an experienced real estate professional who has strong leadership abilities and a proven track record in property sales and team performance.

Core Competencies

• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets.

• Monitor team performance, analyze metrics, and provide ongoing training and guidance.

• Drive property sales operations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

• Coordinate with marketing and administrative teams to generate and manage quality leads.

• Develop strategic initiatives to improve sales performance and team productivity.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Skills & Experience Required

• Experience: At least 2 years of active real estate experience within the Dubai market.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate, guide, and manage a sales team effectively.

• Core Skills: Target-oriented mindset with exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Dubai property market, lead generation, closing techniques, and local real estate regulations.
